ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional client experiences every day to help our agencies grow. The ideal candidate is a positive-minded fast learner who wants professional training that helps them perform at a high level and be an important member of our winning team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help policyolders with policy questions, payments, changes, claims and billing clarification.
- Process and monitor policy maintenance tasks.
- Communicate with existing policyholders to confirm information accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dependable and positive-minded
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Bilingual spanish is a plus
